Each month, we'll release a brand new running program - designed by Coach Bel for two different fitness levels.
Level 1 is perfect for you if you've finished the 5km program or don't have time in your week to tackle longer distances. In this program, you'll run between 3-6kms at any given time.
Level 2 is for you if you're ready to bump the distances up a smidge. You'll be running anywhere from 8-12kms at any given time.
As part of your membership, you'll have access to both levels. So you can move between them depending on your needs. All we ask is that you complete 10kms before moving up to Level 2.
Remember, we'll still be encouraging you to take training AT YOUR OWN PACE.
The best part about the membership is that you can truly be guided by your own progress - doubling down on your fitness and working on technique and new training styles each month.
You'll still have access to those. By joining the membership you'll be able to access our 5km, 10km, 21km and Get Faster programs whenever you want to train with a specific goal in mind.

The membership replaces the "live rounds" model that Run with Turia has used in the past.
While Shuffle Club members can access our distance-based programs at any time, feedback from RWT alumni has shown us that you just want to keep running year-round -Â and you don't necessarily want to move beyond a certain distance every few months.Â
The membership will allow you to keep running with the crew year-round, allow you to try NEW ways of training and double down on your technique and skill.
Level One: In this monthly program, members will have a mix of timed, distance-based and interval-style runs. They will run anywhere from 3-6kms at any given time. This is perfect for people who have just completed the 5km OG program, or who have had a break from running.
Level Two: In this monthly program, members will have a mix of timed, distance-based and interval-style runs. They will run anywhere from 8-12kms at any given time. You must have completed 10kms in the last 6-8 weeks in order to join this group.
We love that you love the Facebook group - it really is the nicest place on the internet! If you join the Shuffle Club, you’ll continue to have access to our Facebook group.Â
